What to Expect

Your leaders will transport you to the trailhead, provide you with trail information and points of interest along the way, and make sure you have enough delicious food to sustain your adventure. As well as being guides, your leaders are mountain biking and yoga instructors.  We have multiple years of experience teaching mountain biking skills using non-intimidating progression methods that serve to make you feel both empowered and at ease.

Yoga allows the opportunity to stretch out tired biking muscles, breathe deeply, and reflect inwardly.  The two practices together offer an unparalleled chance to reach the untapped potential in each of us.

We seek out local farms and prepare our meals using fresh, delicious, homemade products.  We collaborate with local trail advocates, youth organizations, bike shops, and yoga studios.  All of these relationships serve to strengthen the local economy and provide you with a complete Vermont experience.

With Singletrack Mindfulness you can ride some of the best mountain bike trails on the East Coast.  Vermont is quickly becoming a hot mountain bike destination with new state-of-the-art trail systems being developed yearly.  The riding is exciting, challenging, and enticing to people of all levels.  You’ll see some beautiful scenery and explore the landscape on two wheels in a way that you will never forget.  You worry about what pictures to take and let us take care of the rest!
