Bike Rentals/Shipping

Bike Policies

If you are flying to a Singletrack Mindfulness retreat you must either ship your bike to Royal Cycles in Essex Junction, VT where it will be assembled and then picked up by STM and delivered to the retreat location OR you must rent a bike from East Burke Sports. This eliminates time spent assembling bikes and problem solving any repairs that might have happened during transit.

Bike Shipping

Bikes can be shipped to Royal Cycles in Essex Junction, VT. Royal will assemble your bike, store your box, and pack your bike at the end of the retreat for $45. Return shipping will be an extra charge depending on the details of your shipment including weight and destination.

If you need a tune-up, but don’t have time for one before the trip, Royal Cycles will do an assembly, store your box, complete a basic tune-up, and pack your bike at the end of the retreat for $75. Again, return shipping is an extra fee. Please let us know if you are interested in any of these services, and we’ll arrange that for you.

Bike Rentals

Bikes can be rented from East Burke Sports in East Burke, VT. Prices are as follows:

Trek 6000 Disc or Gary Fisher Cobia 29" (hardtail)

$30 full day
$20 half day or each additional day on multi-day rental
$10 on the 5th day

Trek EX8 WSD (Women Specific Design), Men's EX8, Santa Cruz Nickel, and/or Gary Fisher Hi Fi Plus 29" (dual suspension trail bikes)

$60 full day
$40 half day or each additional day on multi-day rental
$20 on the 5th day

Santa Cruz Blur LT (dual suspension trail bike) or a Trek Scratch 6 Air (free ride bike)

$90 full day
$60 half day or each additional day on multi-day rental
$30 on the 5th day
