Cancellations
Cancellations by You
A 50% deposit is required to complete your reservation. All cancellations will be subject to a $150 cancellation fee unless you cancel within 7 days of making your booking. Full payment is expected 30 days prior to the retreat. No refunds of any kind will be made 15 days prior to the retreat. This includes injuries, family emergencies, deaths, natural disasters, etc. There is no refund for arriving late or leaving early. You may switch to a different retreat for no additional fee, provided there is space in another retreat. Singletrack Mindfulness is not responsible for any costs incurred due to flight cancellations, flight delays, or sudden illnesses. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect you from unexpected situations.

Cancellations by Us
Singletrack Mindfulness reserves the right to cancel retreats when absolutely necessary due to major emergencies, natural disasters, trail conditions, insufficient number of participants, and other unforeseeable circumstances. Please note that we will always do our best to make our retreats happen. In the event that Singletrack Mindfulness must cancel a retreat we will give you a complete refund and a credit towards another retreat with STM in that same year. STM is not responsible for costs incurred due to a cancellation such as costs associated with advance airline tickets and costs associated with those tickets. Again, we strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance.
