Dietary Needs/Information

Please inform us of any dietary needs, allergies, preferences or other concerns when you book your reservation with us. We will work with the chefs and innkeepers to ensure that your dining experience is delicious and desirable.

Pets

Please leave your pets at home.

Children

Our retreats are designed with adults in mind. However, well behaved children and young adults 10-18 years of age with mountain biking experience and adult supervision are welcome on beginner/intermediate retreats.

What if it rains?

Vermont weather conditions are extremely variable. If rain is light, we will still ride on trails if they are open. Other options include riding dirt roads or visiting a bike park with pump track and dirt jumps. If rain is heavier, retreat leaders will offer hiking as an option and additional yoga classes & workshops.

Trail Closures

Many trail systems in Vermont are extremely sensitive to heavy rains. They are easily destroyed. As good trail stewards we must abide by trail closings when they are issued.

Reservation Policy

To book a weekend retreat, a 50% deposit is due to complete the reservation. The balance must be paid in full within 30 days prior to retreat. To book a day retreat, the balance must be paid in full at the time of reservation.

Transportation

You are responsible for getting yourself to the designated retreat meeting point. Depending on your travel choices, Singletrack Mindfulness will help you arrange these details. Once at the retreat, Singletrack Mindfulness will transport you and your bicycle to all destinations.  Guests can spend free time however they wish.  You are welcome to drive to the local swimming hole or explore a nearby hike, but you will need to drive yourself to those destinations during your down time.
