Fitness Levels
Telling us your fitness level will help us understand how to tailor mountain bike rides to best meet your expectations.
Level 1 – You exercise occasionally but not consistently. Your idea of exercising may be walking, a slow ride, or gentle yoga.
Level 2 – You exercise at least 1-2 times a week with moderate intensity. At least one of these times is cardio and/or strength building. Your heart rate is elevated and you are breaking a sweat.
Level 3 – You exercise at least 3-4 times a week with moderate to strenuous intensity. You combine a solid cardio workout with strength building. You ride a couple of times a week during the season and in the off-season you pick up other activities.
Level 4 – You ride a lot during the season and in the off-season you remain active, exercising 4-6 times a week. You have experience with endurance training or setting a fitness goal and reaching it.
Yoga Levels
Knowing more about your yoga experiences allows us to offer yoga classes that best suit your needs.
Level 1 – You have rarely or never done yoga.
Level 2 – You practice once in a while or attend a class once a week.
Level 3 – You have a regular practice. You may do yoga multiple times a week either on your own or at class.
Level 4 – You have your own practice which you do daily.
