A Typical Day - Weekend Retreats

Although there will be nothing typical about your weekend retreat, here is an outline of what the schedule looks like.  Please expect variation depending on what type of retreat you’ve chosen to attend.

6:40 Wake Up

7:00 Morning Yoga

8:30 – 9:30 Hearty Farm Fresh Breakfast

9:30 – 2:00 Mountain Biking (Lunch/Snacks) OR a more vigorous yoga practice at chalet.
Exact timing of biking and lunch dependent on particular retreat

4:00 – 5:15 Afternoon Restorative Yoga 

5:15 – 7:30 Down Time 

7:30 – 8:30 Delicious Dinner
 
 
8:30 Special Events
Such as beer tastings, mountain biking films, social time by fire pit, & local music
