We use progression techniques to teach mountain biking and yoga ensuring that participants of all levels can walk away with new skills and accomplishments. Students practice in an environment where there is little to no consequence before applying the skills out on the trail. STM infuses our mountain biking instruction with the tenets and moves learned in yoga. The result is a holistic instructional system reflecting the common ground of the two practices. We are educators, outdoor activists, and yoginis who see the power of connecting all of these pieces to create life-altering experiences for those who are open. We want people to love life and themselves and to use biking and yoga as tools for greater fulfillment and purpose in their lives.

Mountain biking invites us to flow through the natural landscape on two wheels, while yoga enhances and refreshes our relationship to self.
